VHS Conversions
VHS tapes degrade over time. Even if your VCR doesn’t eat your VHS tape, the film in it will slowly degrade over time (especially in our dry New Mexico climate), whether you play it often or you don’t. Due to their magnetic makeup and common problems such as stretching and tape creases, VHS tapes can start falling apart in as little as 3 years.
